Q1：アカウント情報を変更したい

A1：[マイアカウント]ページより、各種登録内容を変更できます。

手順

  1. [マイアカウント]を選択
  2. [編集]を選択
  3. 内容を更新し [保存]を選択

Q2：ニュースレターの受け取り設定を変更したい

A2：[マイアカウント]ページより設定できます。

手順

  1. [マイアカウント]を選択
  2. [ニュースレターを受け取る]のチェックボックスを確認 ※ チェック[有]＝受け取る設定／ チェック[無]＝受け取らない設定

Q3：退会方法を教えてください

A3：[マイアカウント]ページより退会手続きが可能です。
退会についての説明をご確認のうえ、お手続きください。

手順

  1. [マイアカウント]を選択
  2. 『TASCAM IDの退会』よりお手続きください

Q4：所有製品の登録方法を教えてください

A4：製品の登録ページより設定できます。

手順

  1. [製品登録]を選択
  2. 「登録済みの製品」ページ内の[製品の登録]を選択
  3. 登録製品のプルダウンから登録希望製品を選択
  4. [登録]ボタンを押して製品を登録

Q1: I want to change my account information

A1: You can change various registration details from the [My Account] page.

Procedure

  1. Select [My Account]
  2. Select [Edit] of the target item you want to change
  3. Update the contents and select [Save]

Q2: I want to change the newsletter reception settings

A2: Can be set from the newsletter subscription page.

Procedure

  1. Select [My Account]
  2. Select Account Information-Newsletters [Edit]
  3. Check the check box of the subscription option [General Subscription] * Check [On] = Setting to receive / Check [Off] = Setting not to receive
  4. Select [Save]

Q3: How to delete your TASCAM ID and account

A3: Deleting your account will be permanent and delete all information in your account and end all benefits of TASCAM ID.

Procedure

  1. Select [My Account]
  2. Select Account Information-Contact Information [Edit]
  3. Follow the procedure for "Delete TASCAM ID"

Q4: How to register your product

A4: It can be set from [Product Registration] page.

Procedure

  1. Select [Product Registration]
  2. Select [Register Products] in My Registered Products page
  3. Select Product Name from the menu and optionally enter the serial number
  4. Click the [Registration] button to register the product
