TASCAM IDに関するお客様の個人情報のお取扱いについて
お客様がTASCAM IDをご登録される際に当社へ提供されたお客様の個人情報は、以下のようにお取り扱いします。
1.取得する個人情報の範囲
TASCAM IDの登録において、ティアックはお客様の以下の個人情報を取得します。
(1)必ず取得する項目:氏名、居住国、メールアドレス、パスワード、お客様のブラウザまたはデバイス情報、ウェブサイトへのアクセス履歴
(2)お客様のご希望により取得することがある項目:性別
(3)お客様との対応・コミュニケーション履歴、当社商品/サービスの購入履歴、ダウンロード履歴
なお、ご本人以外の方がご本人に代わり、個人情報を登録することはできません。
2.個人情報の利用目的
ご登録いただいたお客様の個人情報は以下の目的のために利用する場合があります。
(1)ご登録された製品および関連する商品・アフターサポートその他のサービス(ソフトウェアのバージョンアップ情報等のご提供や有償・無償の会員制サービスを含みます。以下、「登録製品等」といいます。)を提供するため
(2)登録製品等に関する催事・キャンペーン等に関する情報を提供するため
(3)登録製品等を含む当社商品やサービスについて、お客様にアンケートをお願いするため
(4)登録製品等を含む当社商品やサービスについて、お客様のご意見を製品・サービス等の企画・開発・販売戦略、または、製品・サービス向上等の参考とするため
(5)お客様の属性ごとに分類された統計的資料を作成するため
(6)お客様がTASCAM IDを使ったログイン機能、当社のウェブサイトへのアクセスに際してクッキー等の技術を用いた限定的なトラッキング、または、お客様の登録製品等の購入・利用状況、ウェブサイトへのアクセス履歴等を使用することにより、お客様の個人認証や会員登録・ご利用状況の確認・把握をする、お客様の当社商品・サービス等に関するウェブサイト等へのアクセス履歴を分析する、当社の商品・サービス・ウェブサイト等におけるお客様の利便性等、品質を向上するため。
(7)違法行為や権利侵害等の不正な行為等を防止するため、または、お客様・当社もしくは第三者の権利の保持を目的とした調査の実施に必要な対応を行うため。
(8)法令・契約・会計規則において求められる監査、その他の法令上の確認作業のため
上記以外の利用目的で使用する場合は、個別に利用目的をお知らせします。
3.個人情報の第三者への提供
当社は、お客様から取得した個人情報を、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、いかなる第三者にも開示・提供しません。
(1)お客様の事前の承認、同意を得たとき。
(2)法令に基づくとき。
(3)お客様ご本人に利用目的の範囲内でサービス等を提供する上で必要となる業務委託先(例:書類送付の際の郵便サービス、商品発送の際の物流会社、支払の際のクレジットカード会社、データサーバ・ウェブサイト運営に関するサービス提供会社など)に開示するとき。

4.個人情報管理のセキュリティ
当社は、個人情報保護法および当社のプライバシーポリシーに従って、お客様の個人情報を適切に取り扱います。そのために当社は、以下の組織的・人的・物理的・技術的安全管理措置を講じ、安全管理措置を実施し、個人情報を処理する情報システムの安全を確保します。
・個人情報を取り扱う従事者
必要な従事者のみが個人情報にアクセスできるよう、必要な権限とアクセス範囲を明確にします。
個人情報保護法や個人情報の取扱いに関する社内規程に違反している事実または兆候を把握した場合の報告連絡体制を整備します。
個人情報の取扱いに際して留意すべき事項について、従事者に定期的な教育を実施します。
・システム環境等の整備
個人情報を取り扱う区域は、従事者の入退室管理および持込機器等の制限を行います。
アクセス制御を実施して、担当者および取り扱う個人情報データベース等の範囲を限定し、権限のない者が個人情報を閲覧できない環境を整備します。
使用機器の盗難や不正アクセスを防止するために、従事者が遵守・実行すべきセキュリティ基準として情報セキュリティポリシーを策定し、随時見直しを行います。

-Contractual protection measures for personal information with contractors: AWS provides AWS services based on the personal information processing agreement (including standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission) that stipulates that appropriate technical, organizational, and contractual protection measures will be taken.
The conditions of the AWS service processing agreement meet the contractual requirements to be imposed on the contractor under the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Economic Area, and the sufficiency certification is granted. It is evaluated to meet the requirements for complementary measures to be taken in the case of a data access request by a public agency state that may need to be considered when moving to a country that has not received it.
